Refund policy

We want you to love your ORVANA. If it's not right for you, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions — Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Used filters are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How to start a return — Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds — Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or defective items — If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost — no return shipping required.
